Cancellation Policy

1. Participant Cancellations:

   • All payments are non-refundable.

   • In case you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person up to 15 days before the retreat start date, provided you notify us in writing and the new participant meets all requirements.

2. Organizer Cancellations:

   • In the unlikely event the retreat or program is canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

   • The organizers are not liable for any additional expenses incurred, such as airfare or travel insurance.

3. Force Majeure:

   • No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or unforeseen emergencies.

4. Travel Insurance:

   • Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
